Question: I would like to know like what are considered casual colors and what type of clothing is casual.(for ex. is a babydoll or a polo casual?) I need casual clothing for example to meet congreess representatives or something to go to a Museum. (Im going to Washington D.C. for people to people embassador programs) I also need something bussiness-like. I want to know what store or website I can find any casual clothing. Thx!!
Answer: I would say a polo would be better casual but a nice baby top - as long as you have good coverage could be okay. The store GAP would definitely be a good place to look. I would say a polo with khakis or a nice modest skirt. I would say casual clothing for something like this would be about the same type of clothing you'd wear to church. If you think preppy and clean then it will most likely come out looking right. And for business wear think business suits with pants or skirts. Just remember it's better to be overdressed than under.
